Hi

I've just bought the #486 Elbow Strap for a bad case of tennis elbow.

Could anyone please tell me for how long and often should I wear it?

As with all McDavid products, we suggest you wear it as long as it's providing comfortable support. You can wear before, during, and after activity, but prolonged wear is not suggested. Also, it's best to remove before bed.
