I found that posting off of my ankle was leaving me very insecure. My husband purchased the 6301 ankle support for me and now I am enjoying my classes much more. I find that I can post with my leg more comfortably, allow training partners to take my ankle more confidently in drills and I will achieve greater strength in the area as I am not treating it so gingerly.
