Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Happy! I purchased one pair of these from Sports Authority. Loved them so much and went back for more. None available. So I ordered directly and bought 5 more pairs. They are now 2-3 years old and still in good shape. I also like that they are sized. I wear these in place of expensive support socks everyday for work in work my boots. I like the cottony soles and the nylon leg. These have worked even better than high end support socks that I have previously worn, which do tend to wear out. My legs feel great after working all day. I wear these exclusively now for all situations. I highly recommend these and hope they are never discontinued. I recently ordered them in white to wear with shorts. I only hand wash and line dry them. I think this helps in keeping the nylon stretch to them.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I purchased a pair of I purchased a pair of McDavid Rebound compression socks about 3 weeks ago from Sports Authority. I was very pleased with the performance of these socks. But after about 3 weeks the left sock already had a hole in the side. I wash the socks on delicate cycle with cold water, and dry on very low. They already have shrunk considerable. For the price of these socks, I am very disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Purchased from Academy Sports I purchased a pair of the McDavid Rebound Compression socks prior to a trip, when I saw they were thinner than the CEP Compression socks I have been using for the last few years. I have about 10 pairs of CEP Compression socks and wanted to try something different that was a bit thinner but offered med compression. I use them for sports activity and also for post surgery recovery. They have been great! I really like them and have nothing but good to say about them! These socks perform well, and are comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. As with most garments made of moisture wicking materials, you would want to wash them in cold water, without any kind of fabric softening detergent. Reason being that it will degrade the garment, shortening the life span of the sock. You would also want to hang dry or if you have to dry them, use Delicate dryer cycle with NO dryer sheets! Dryer sheets will eventually ruin the socks and also inhibit their moisture wicking abilities due to a coating the dryer sheets tend to leave on the fabric. Dryer sheets will eventually break down most wicking materials. Working in the sports industry, i have learned a lot about the specialty fabrics used in many of the moisture management fabrics used in sports/fitness clothing. I also found that using a mesh zipper wash bag for all my wicking socks helps keep them from being accidentally snagged in the wash. All in all, these are a great product and I will be purchasing a few more pairs this weekend. They are thinner than other brands of compression socks, which i like for hotter days. There are lots of things to consider when buying compression socks. Various grades of graduated / measured compression per type and brand. Prices and vary substantially as well. Would be nice to see more colors. :) Or reflective highlighted logos for late eve use. As for the material shrinking, I have never had any issues with these types of materials shrinking, since i hang dry all my moisture wicking clothing. Great product McDavid. Give them a try!
