How Do I Return Items From My Order?

If you wish to return or exchange your order for a different size, color or style, please reference the following processes and steps:

  1. Visit our Return Portal to process your return
  2. Regular priced items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of shipment, provided the item is unworn with tags attached and accompanied by an invoice.
  3. Refunds may only be issued to the credit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase.
  4. All returns and exchanges are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Only items that have been purchased directly from McDavidUSA.com can be returned to us. (no third party retailer returns).
  5. Certain products that are marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

What Are Your Shipping Methods & Timeframes?

Please note the following:

  1. We will only accept shipments to a valid street address.
  2. Orders shipping to P.O. Box addresses are delivered via FedEx Ground Economy, which utilizes USPS for final-mile delivery. Because USPS completes the final leg, expedited shipping options are not available for P.O. Box shipments. Transit times may be longer than standard FedEx Ground deliveries.
  3. Ground shipping is not available for deliveries to Hawaii or Alaska. Orders shipping via Two-Day or One-Day service may require an additional one to two business days for delivery.
  4. Orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses are shipped via FedEx Ground Economy and are transferred to the U.S. Postal Service for military mail delivery. Expedited shipping options are not available, and delivery may take up to 45 days depending on destination and military mail processing.

How Long Will It Take My Order To Process For Shipment?
All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic orders may take up to 2 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process. After your payment is authorized and verified, Standard orders can still take up to 2 business days, Expedited orders (FedEx) can still take 3-5 business days, and Rush orders can still take up to 2 business day to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.
I Want To Edit or Cancel My Order

We know you want your order fast so as soon as it is placed, we are on it! Regrettably, this means that we have limited ability to cancel or make any changes to your order if it has been more than 2 hours since it was placed (or over the weekend). This can include but is not limited to:

  • Billing or shipping address update
  • Addition or removal of items
  • Change in color/size of items
  • Addition or removal of a discount code
  • Order cancellation request
  • Shipping method change
